Pop-Up Restaurant       

We offer traditional British cuisine with a twist... From a three course menu to something a bit different with our 5-8 course taster menus. We run these evenings with different menus at different venues throughout the Midlands. We have now also started doing theme nights like Greek Meze nights and will be doing Mexican next.

Dinner Parties and Private Functions

If you are looking to host a private function, we can arrange to book out a venue just for  you and your party. Menus can be designed by our Chef to suit your tastes and requirements.

Fine Dining at Home    

Looking for something a bit different? How about your own personal chef for the evening? We can design the menu together and then cook up a storm for you and your guests in your own home... We even wash up afterwards!

Ever since I can remember, I ate well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were most often home cooked by my mother whilst my father enthused about the fact he had grown the ingredients for her to use and for us to enjoy as a family. This is where I get my passion for freshly home grown produce and good old fashioned meals made from scratch.

I have 18 years experience as a chef and have worked as head chef in a few different kitchens. However, I would have to say my biggest achievement was taking a Cheshire country pub to number one on Trip Advisor. I did this by producing the fresh, traditionally old English home cooked food that I was brought up on... whilst always putting my own twist on everything I do! The result??? Giving my diners both a trip down memory lane with a taste of familiarity and a touch of nostalgia, but at the same time giving them a new taste sensation! Sometimes it's easy to forget just how good British cuisine can be!

I was brought up on homecooked food where everything was fresh and cooked from scratch. Between having a stay at home mum with the time to cook every day to a Greek Cypriot dad who's large family love food... It was no surprise when I wanted to learn how to cook and became very much a foodie! I absolutely love trying different foods, going out for meals and cooking for friends and family!
I started working behind the bar of my local Irish pub three days after my eighteenth birthday and have been organising social events ever since both through work and for friends. I have now teamed up with my favourite Chef so between us we can bring something different to the table!
